The mission of Life in Motion, LLC is to promote health and fitness in individuals’ homes through proper and professional education, guidance, design, and motivation for people who want or need to change their health status to one that meets or exceeds the requirements for independent every day life activity.
If you have, or someone you love has, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type II Diabetes, or other health risk factors that need to be slowed or reversed, I, Julia Darrah, NETA-CPT, can help you learn how to simply change a few lifestyle choices so that you can begin to be healthier in a manner of a few short weeks.
Life in Motion can also assist you with continuing to improve after being released from physical therapy. Having gone through two hip replacements (right and left) myself, I understand the need for continued focused exercising once your physical therapy prescription has run out.
It is so important to know which exercises to do, when to perform them, and how often to exercise in order to reap the full beneﬁt from a joint replacement, a healed injury, or any other challenge your body has undergone. With proper guidance from me, you will be able to completely and fully recover.

I specialize in working with adults over 50, helping them to learn how easy it is to implement healthy choices in activity, meals, and lifestyles in order to maintain or regain an independent, disease-free “life in motion”.
Along with focusing on training seniors, I also enjoy helping people of any age and fitness level, for it is so important to me to be able to teach teens, athletes, young adults and everyone in between and beyond, the boundless benefits of lifelong fitness and health. I will help you with any fitness and exercise challenges or goals you may have.
