Can you stand on 1 foot for 30 seconds or more?

Give yourself the test and see what happens.

* Did you feel wobbly?

* Were you afraid you were going to fall?

* Was it more difficult than you thought it would be?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could benefit from doing some simple exercises that will build up your balance muscles.

Watch the following video for some valuable tips on how to become better balanced.  Not only will you be able to stand on one foot, but you’ll be able to feel much more confident every day while you’re carrying out your daily activities.  You’ll be able to avoid falls better, you’ll be able to walk on unstable surfaces with confidence, and you’ll feel much more capable of keeping your body upright and strong.
