Need a Refresher to Your Exercise Routine?

If you get bored easily, try my fitness classes at Tumbleweed Recreation Center.  I never repeat the same thing twice. It’s always a challenge, never disappointing!  Remember, all my classes can accommodate all levels of fitness – from beginner to seasoned “pro”.

Here is my class schedule so you can try some (or all) of my classes

Monday: 6pm CycleJam (Indoor cycling to fun, jammin’ music)
Tuesday: 9am Ultimate Conditioning (Cardio with splashes of strength for an all-over super conditioning workout)
Tuesday: 7pm GIT FIT (Group Interval Training Fitness – all cardio, no equipment, intervals)
Thursday: 9am Total Body Plus (total body functional training to build strength, balance and stamina)
Saturday: 8:15am CycleJam

Come one, come all!

Here are the rates for dropping in, monthly memberships, etc.

Julia has been a certified personal trainer since 1999 with personal training certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Exercise Trainer Association (NETA). She has been a certified group exercise instructor since the early 90's with certifications from NETA and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has owned and operated a private personal training business since 2010. With her extensive experience in the fitness field, she has been successful in developing strength and conditioning programs for individuals in a variety of age groups from teens to seniors.
